Wilson Electronics collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our web server logs, the user, and with cookies.

- Date and time of the user’s visit

b. Use of Cookies
Wilson Electronics may use cookies to personalize or enhance the user’s experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on the user’s hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to the user’s computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to the user, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to the user.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save the user time. For example, if the user personalizes a web page, or navigates within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall the user’s specific information on subsequent visits. Hence, this simplifies the process of delivering relevant content and eases site navigation by providing and saving the user’s preferences and login information as well as providing personalized functions.
Wilson Electronics reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place cookies on its website unless there is a temporary, overriding customer value (such as merging into wilsonelectronics.com a site that relies on third-party cookies).
The user has the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but the user can usually modify the user’s browser setting to decline cookies. If the user rejects cookies by changing the user’s browser settings, be aware that this may disable some of the functions on Wilson’s website.
c. Personal Information Users
Visitors to Wilson’s website can register to receive services. When the user registers, Wilson will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number or facsimile number and other relevant information. The user may also be asked to disclose personal information to Wilson so that Wilson can provide assistance and information to the user. For example, such data may be needed to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Wilson will not disclose personally identifiable information Wilson collects from the user to third parties without the user’s permission except to the extent necessary including:
- To fulfill the user’s service requests for services
- To protect Wilson Electronics from liability
- To respond to legal process or comply with law, or
